Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes for PeopleOS subscriptions
This policy applies to all paid PeopleOS subscriptions billed by Oris Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST as shown on your invoice.
1. Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from Dashboard → Subscriptions, or by writing to us at hello@meetpeopleos.com from your registered admin email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — your organisation retains full access to paid features until then, after which the account moves to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted on downgrade; it remains accessible under the Free plan’s limits and our data retention terms.
2. Monthly plans
Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has started. When you cancel, you will not be charged again, and access continues until the end of the paid month.
3. Annual plans
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided no payroll run has been finalised on a paid feature during that period. After 14 days, annual fees are non-refundable, but you may continue to use the service until the end of the paid year or downgrade to the Free plan.
4. Duplicate or erroneous charges
Duplicate payments, charges made after a confirmed cancellation, and amounts billed in error are refunded in full. Raise the issue within 60 days of the charge with the invoice number and we will investigate against the billing ledger.
5. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our billing partner within 5–7 business days of approval. Where GST has been invoiced, a corresponding credit note is issued against the original tax invoice. Bank processing times may add a few days before the amount reflects in your account.
6. Service credits and downtime
SLA-backed plans accrue service credits (not cash refunds) for verified availability breaches, as described in the Terms of Service. Credits are applied to the next invoice.
