PeopleOS provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for Human Resource Management, payroll processing, and statutory compliance. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis according to the plan selected.
While PeopleOS provides automated calculation engines for PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, and other Indian statutes, the final responsibility for statutory filing accuracy and timely submission lies with the Client. PeopleOS acts as a calculation and automation tool, not a compliance advisor.
Critical payroll events are recorded in an immutable, event-sourced audit trail with hash-chain verification. Any disputes regarding historical payroll records will be resolved using this ledger as the primary source of truth. Corrections are made via compensating events, preserving the complete history.
PeopleOS processes personal data on behalf of our corporate clients (Data Fiduciaries) in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. All employee data remains the property of the subscribing organisation.
We target 99.9% uptime for Enterprise tier subscribers with SLA-backed guarantees. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated 48 hours in advance and typically occur during non-business hours (IST).
