Accessing Payslips
Employees can access their payslips from the ESS portal:
- Go to ESS > My Payslips
- Select the month/year
- View the payslip inline or download as PDF
- Each PDF includes a QR code for authenticity verification
Payslips are available within 24 hours of payroll approval. Historical payslips are retained for 7 years per compliance requirements.
